If you want to be able to secure your new dream home as soon as possible, there's a simple answer: Part Exchange. Many of the housebuilders we work with will offer to buy your existing home if you're buying a new home from them. We manage these Part Exchange schemes on their behalf.

We're one of the UK's leading Part Exchange service providers and we proactively handle all aspects of the process, from valuation right through to legal completion. This means you avoid all the stress and inconvenience of trying to sell your home on the open market. Plus you don't have to pay any estate agents' fees.

With Part Exchange there's no danger of getting stuck in a chain and possibly losing the new house or apartment you've set your heart on. All you have to do is look forward to move in to your dream home.

Assisted Move

Not all housebuilders are able to offer a Part Exchange service, for example those customers who are downsizing or buying a property of similar value to their current home.

However, we can still help you to secure the home of your dreams with our Assisted Move service. We are able to offer you expert guidance and support to help you sell your existing home as quickly as possible. From organising a valuation to advising on the choice of estate agent and monitoring marketing activity and once sold progressing the sale which often is the most tricky part.

WE WILL RECEIVE COMMISSION FROM THE LENDER WE PLACE YOUR MORTGAGE WITH AND WE WILL ALSO RECEIVE COMMISSION FROM THE INSURER IF YOU TAKE PROTECTION WITH THEM.

Mortgages are subject to status, valuation and lender criteria and are not available to persons under the age of 18.
